For a man who uses the words "adat and hormat" so much I wonder how much honor you really have.

Some people have emailed me and asked why I am attacking your style and its students. The point is this – I am not attacking your style or any of its students. The person being questioned is YOU and YOU only.

Let’s talk about this honor thing:

1. You claimed at one point that your style came from Alexander the Great – could be possible but it is like saying on the way to China Marco Polo stopped in Java and taught his dreaded martial art style which was superior to what was already there.

At one point you claimed your style came from the Badui but from several books and on research in Java directly with the Badui people this seems about as likely as a pig flying.

We then come to the stories of your "Bapak Sera", someone different than the one associated with Embah Kahir. If a handicapped great martial artist like your Bapak Sera really existed and had such great feats don’t you think stories or legends about him would flourish all over West and Central Java.

Our research with many people in West Java and Central Java has only turned up the same response over and over:

Bapak Sera – "Who? Do you mean the Embah Kahir Sera?"

No one has heard of any legends, fables, myths, stories or memories of this guy. You say - Bapak Sera was only a nickname and not his real name. This could be true so we have even asked people in West Java and Central Java whether any handicapped great martial artist is know by any name and the response is always the same - No.

If you have proof that your "Bapak Sera" ever walked the earth and is as famous as you claim now is time to lay the documents, photos or people that can be talked to on the table. Provide any scrap of real evidence that can be validated and/or give me a list of people or places that I can contact in Java or Holland.

If you were told that there was a Bapak Sera and over the years you found out that he really did not exist but felt that you had to keep the story going then now is the time to simply admit that you were in error. Not having a Bapak Sera does not weaken or diminish your art. Does your style need all of these questionable stories? Just tell people that your family learned a valid martial art style in Java and that it is mainly Kuntao, some Silat and 10% other items.

2. Prove for the whole world to see that the Mas Djoet in your style is not the Mas Jud lineage that we have found and documented in West Java. The students of Mas Jud that we have spoken to even recall Willie Wetzel. Point to any person or people left in Java that we can talk to from your Mas Djoet lineage that trained you or your family at their tea plantation in Garut about 60 miles southeast of Bandung.

3. Why is it that you toss people off of your email list when they begin to ask real questions and search for real answers? I believe an incident happened just recently. Could it be that the truth needs to be hidden.

I do not question the validity and the effectiveness of your style or any of its great players just the years of contorted information about the history of your art and the bogus information that has been spread about my group and our art.

If you can prove me wrong I will place links to that proof on this web site for all to see and I will gladly acknowledge it once it has been independently validated.

Show your real "adat and hormat".
